How do Tenants apply for water service?
To get new service for your home, come to the office with these items;
· Rental Agreement
· Pictured identification (such as a driver license).
· Pay the deposit and connection fees, then
· A person will be assigned to turn your water on

· Proof of Purchase

· Come by our office during business hours, or
· View your bill on-line at www.lalwc.com
If I have questions about being disconnected or reconnected?
· You can call our office for your information
· You can come by our office for help, or
· View your account history on-line.
How can I pay my bill?
· Cash, Check, or Money Order, or
· All major credit cards are accepted on-line or in the office, or
· The drop box is available for after hours payment.
How do I transfer my service?
· First, we finalize your current address, then
· We start a new account with your new address, and
· We refund your deposit within 30 days.
If I am disconnected for non-payment, what do I do?
· Bring CASH OR MONEY ORDER to the office for reconnection,
· All balances must be paid in full to reconnect service.
Can I get extensions on my water bills?
· Water bill payments are due by the due date printed on the bill.
· After the due datge a penalty of 5% is added to your bill.
· The Penalty is added 5 days after due date.
· Extensions are rarely granted!
