What’s new!

We are always working on improving the quality of your utility service in every community we serve.  This year we are focusing our efforts on the Cypress Community which was recently acquired and really in need of improvements.

            Here is a short list of improvements that we have recently completed in the Cypress Community Sewer System:

1.)    New 50,000 gallon extended arration pre treatment unit at the Love Estates Community.

2.)    New 50,000 gallon extended arration pre treatment unit at the Milhaven Estates Community.

3.)    Installed new sewer lift stations at Love Estates, Milhaven Estates, Town East Subdivision, Presidential Estates, High Country Subdivision, Fleetwood Subdivision, Everlovin' Homes and Charmingdale Subdivision.

4.)    New 75,000 gallon sewer plant at Presidential Estates Subdivision.

5.)    Installed new arrators in sewer lagoons at Love Estates and Milhaven

6.)    Replaced 23 old damaged manholes with new concrete manholes. 

7.)    Installed new chlorinators at all sewer plants to improve water effluent quality.

We have also made it easier and quicker to pay your water bill by making these improvements to better serve our customers..... 

• Increased the Size of Our Customer Waiting Area.
• Added New Seating in Our Customer Waiting Area.
• Added Two New Drive Thru Teller Windows.
• Increased Our Paved Customer Parking Area.
• Added more Customer Phone Lines.
• Added more Customer Service Agents.
